I'm a Keto survivor! After the birth of my daughter, I had a really hard time losing weight, so I tried Keto. I lost a ton of weight, my clothes fit again, and for a short time, I felt great! But over time I noticed increased anxiety and panic issues. It wasn't until I met with a holistic doctor that things started to turn. I learned about how my health and body really worked. Keto had wreaked havoc on my metabolism, but I slowly started coming around. 💻 We'll "meet" for 30 minutes each day inside the Challenge Facebook group to unpack one of the 4 Pillars of Wellness.

✅ You'll be given one assignment to complete each day as we build the habits needed to steward our best health.

🌿 You'll begin to experience the RIGHT RESET for YOU! Not just a reset for your body health, but for your whole being -- spirit, soul, AND body!

DAY ONE: FLOW
(January 6th)

On Day 1 of the Challenge, I'll share the number one reason you've failed to get the kind of "results that stick" from any program in the past, and then we'll talk about the "secret sauce solution" for this problem: Your Personal Flow.

During this Day's discussion you'll come to understand just how much has been "out of your control" when it comes to driving results, and we'll unpack a BETTER WAY that'll ultimately reap the results you've been looking for . . . without the overwhelm!

DAY TWO: DIET
(January 7th) 

On Day 2 of the Challenge, we'll be talking about all things DIET, but this Pillar isn't just about the food and drinks you naturally consume. Whatever goes IN, ON and AROUND our bodies and winds up being “consumed” is on the docket for today. Get ready for an enlightening and empowering discussion, my friend! The revs we unpack here are likely to reduce the weight you've been carrying -- spirit, soul and body!

DAY THREE: MOVE
(January 8th) 

On Day 3 of the Challenge, we'll be talking about how to MOVE -- spirit, soul and body -- so that you'll set a cadence in your daily life that actually serves you (instead of draining you and stressing you out!). We'll specifically dive into the 3 types of physical movement you should be doing every single week as we set you up with a plan to be strong, resilient and vibrantly healthy in 2025... and beyond!

DAY FOUR: SUPPORT
(January 9th) 

Finally, on Day 4 of the Challenge, we'll talk about how to consistently steward (with excellence!) all that we've learned by setting up a good system of support for ourselves – you guessed it! – spirit, soul and body.
